We’re so grateful for the A-team that is Alex and Kevin! Alex was with us every step of the way, showing up consistently even when inventory was low and we were getting a little discouraged, keeping us grounded, and being honest about what would actually align with our long-term priorities. We ended up taking something off the market thanks entirely to Alex’s deep network and ability to move mountains :) Kevin was the glue that held everything together. From start to finish, he kept every detail on track and made the logistics feel totally manageable. Their vendor list and support for all the moving parts—from inspection to close—was excellent. We always felt like someone had our back to execute a fast closing. It is hard to imagine getting our dream condo in Bucktown without these two. Total pros, and most importantly, just good, kind people.
