We ended up taking something off the market thanks entirely to Alex’s deep network and ability to move mountains :) Kevin was the glue that held everything together. From start to finish, he kept every detail on track and made the logistics feel totally manageable. Their vendor list and support for all the moving parts—from inspection to close—was excellent.
